If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.<\/span>

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>\n

For deliveries within Asian countries, all products will be sent out by FedEx\/UPS\/DHL\/SF express etc..<\/p>\n

Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>

We offer exchange within 365 days\u00a0of your purchase, if 365\u00a0days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered exchange of any kind.<\/p>

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.<\/p>

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you can return this to us for a replacement or a refund.<\/p>

If a fault develops outside of the 365\u00a0day return period, email us at\u00a0huasifei@huasifei.com\u00a0before you return the item so we can discuss the fault with you and agree the best way forward.<\/p>

Cancelling your order<\/strong><\/p>

You have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items by air\u00a0within 7\u00a0calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. Read further details\u00a0here.\u00a0<\/p>

Your <\/b><\/strong>custom made order\/personalized items<\/b><\/strong>\u00a0are not affected by our returns policy.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>

Amending an order<\/strong><\/p>

We are sometimes able to amend contact details, delivery address or cancel items from and order. Please contact\u00a0our sales team\u00a0as soon as possible after placing your order and we will do our best to help. (Note: customer service is available Monday \u2013 Friday 09:00 \u2013 19:00)<\/p>

When to expect your refund<\/strong><\/p>

Returned items will be refunded within 3\u00a0working days, however in the event of a delay in receiving the parcel, please allow a maximum of 30 days. Please note, this does not include your bank’s processing time.<\/p>

If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>
